That of a Piedmont boy for a Sardinian girl.
Her name was Fanny, his Ercole. They met in the Piedmont region
and it was love at first sight.
A dream in a suitcase.
Love is also that of a boy for a land of wind and sun.
When Ercole moved to Sardinia, he took with him a suitcase
full of passion and dreams to be fulfilled.
We rolled up our sleeves.
Ercole rolled up his sleeves and set to work immediately:
he went around the countryside buying cereals and reselling them.
Trade was in his blood.
And there was a mill.
Why buy in what can be produced on your own land?
That’s how the mill came into being.
The first step was taken in making Ercole’s dream come true.
From generation to generation.
The times were ripe to try new paths:
The first order of 5,000 tons of wheat flour for Algeria
augured well for the future.
This was the moment to hand over the baton.
Ercole’s children embraced his project of a lifetime,
perpetuating his work and his values.
The pasta factory is established!
Ercole’s greatest dream came true: the pasta factory F.lli Cellino was established.
